Refund Policy: All purchases made through our Memberships are non-refundable. This includes any unused portions of your membership.
Monthly Treatments: As an Elite Member, you have full freedom of choice of what treatment to choose. You may consult with Dr. Akbari or our Medical Aestheticians to help you decide as well.
If you are on Elite and you select a treatment from a lower tier, you can enjoy two treatments in that tier within the same month.
Skincare Discounts: As an Elite Member, you will receive a 15% discount on all skincare products.
Birthday Gift: As an Elite Plus Member, you will receive a complimentary birthday gift.
