Monarch MD Shop is the answer. It is a direct extension of my clinical practice, built to provide everyone in Canada and USA with access to skincare that meets a surgeon’s standard of safety, efficacy, and scientific evidence. It is authenticity you don’t have to second-guess.
THE ANATOMY OF MASTERY
My path was never about chasing trends. It was about pursuing a fundamental, three-dimensional understanding of the face—its structure, its complexities, and its potential. This commitment to mastery became the bedrock of my career.
THE FOUNDATION
My journey began with a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Calgary, followed by a demanding five-year surgical residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the University of British Columbia, where I served as Chief Resident. This intensive training, which included a background in the complexities of Skull Base Surgery, provided a deep, structural understanding of facial anatomy that goes far beyond the skin’s surface.
THE REFINEMENT
To refine my skills even further, I sought out and was accepted into one of the world’s most prestigious postgraduate programs: a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the University of Toronto. There, I had the immense privilege of training under the guidance of a world-renowned surgeon, Dr. Peter A. Adamson.
THE RECOGNITION
This transformative experience pushed me to achieve the highest levels of precision and artistry. My dedication during this period was formally recognized with the prestigious Kris Conrad Merit Award in Facial Plastic Surgery—an affirmation that my commitment to mastery was on the right path. Today, I am Double Board-Certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

My background as a surgeon informs everything I do. It has taught me that the most beautiful results are born from a delicate balance of art and science. This is the core of my philosophy.
